Weston is clearly a burnout, I'm not as shocked that he keeps messing up details or forgetting things. Years of using drugs drastically affects your memory.
lol WESTON - "nah I never went to Chico" "Nah, after he told me I went straight to Chico" BRO
don't trust weston as far as I can throw the bus he claimed to be on
weston is a lying shitbag
Remember the episode before and the 1st question was do you know Bo but he said NO
π± omg π± this guy really needs to stop π talking Him having to go to a therapist would more likely be because he saw what happened Seriously he just needs to STOP π As heβs getting deeper and deeper
i'd love to hear a good lawyer cross examine this guy.
They were killed just feet from me. -also- I was in the trailer all night. All night. The whole interview he was tripping over his web of lies. I agree with every comment here.
Westin is totally lying about something. He may not have killed yhemnor even helped but he does know something. It sounded like he was about to say they were killed right in front of me. Instead he said something like they were killed near by.
Amazing episode! Wonderful job of giving the interviewed subject time to relay memories, expand on those memories or completely contradict his statement of alleged fact mere minutes later. Weston definitely has proven to me 1) he is a confirmed liar of small or epic proportions. 2) I do not doubt Weston either needed or got mental health help for grief counseling or PTSD. The way Weston repeatedly emphasizes how these two murders profoundly effected his life leads me to believe there was a truthful desire for help dealing with the events of that evening. 3) I also sense that Weston is very scared of Bo for some reason, but is trying to down play that fear by down playing how well he knew him. 4) Also Weston comes across as anxious AF because he can not appear to keep track of his story. Whether it is an anxious mind inspired by active drug use, a complete stranger approaching and bringing up 30 year old murders, or he was involved with the murders and is freaking out that the past is
Weston is lying. I'm sure he'll "remember" more like he did Bo.
I love how Payne is letting Weston keep talking and talking and talking....The more he rambles on, the more he "remembers." Great podcast!!
Great podcast! I live in Chico! Crazy....
Listening to him fills me with so much anxiety. He's a burnout, sure, but he's also a liar. You can hear it. He's lying about being sober, too. He sounds like every other speed freak I've ever been lied to by. "No, I don't know who stole that bike." "I didnt see anybody by your car, who would even think to check the console for money!?" He picked up just enough from (probably court ordered) N/A to talk the talk and try to play on your sympathy. He also did everything short of saying "It had to have been International because he was the black guy and we all know the black guy always does the crime." He is scared of Bo, that much is clear, but he's also scared of his own guilt. Maybe he knows more than just that Bo had blood on his hands.
wow he's definitely not telling the whole truth
Dude is so guilty
Weston, Weston Weston ... lying ass clown
